What is the normal order processing time?

All orders are dealt with in accordance with our Terms of Sale.

We strive for 2-3 business days to process the order from "acceptance" to being "fulfilled". However, if there are issues with addresses not verifying against the USPS database or other factors, the Customer Service team will need longer to mark the order as accepted. In such cases a member of staff will email you.

In peak times around Spring or the Holiday Season (Thanksgiving through January) orders may take up to 7 business days to post. All orders are fulfilled on a first in, first-out basis for accepted orders.
