If you see on USPS.com that your order has been "accepted" it means that USPS has the package and is moving the order through their network.

From time time the USPS shipments will move faster than the data about those shipments. Typically we see that in peak shopping times around Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the Holiday season in general.

While it's frustrating to see that, over the years we have seen that 99.99% of the time the goods arrive in the expected timeframe - and the data will eventually catches up!

Please alert Customer Service if your shipment has not arrived within 5-7 business days from getting the shipment notification containing the tracking number.
