We do our best to support every client to the highest level. However, non-US customers need to be aware of the following policies before purchase:

  • All export orders - even through a US based shipping agent - are final. No returns or refunds on exported products.
  • We will offer online support and work with photos sent to us to assess any issue. We'll do our best to support, but if parts are required then shipping costs and associated duties are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We require the order number to help us find your records. If by chance you purchased from an overseas reseller/installer and not directly from us, please let us know.
